Ideal Rentals Non-Studnet Application Process.
Step 1 - Request an Application
Fill out the form below to request an application. We have you request an application so we can make sure the property you are looking at is still available.
Step 2 - Fill out the application
After Ideal Rentals makes contact with you we will send you a secure link to fill out an application. The application process will consist of a criminal background check, a credit check, landlord verification and income verification. The application fee is 35.00 Per adult and every adult living in the home must have an application
What we look for:
Evictions - We do not rent to those who have been evicted.
Landlord Reference - We call previous landlords for reference checks
Credit File - We evaluate good credit lines vs bad credit lines. Score is not always a determining factor. The amount of creditors that report a good payment history can be a factor as well.
Affordability - We require reliable income of 3 times the rent or HCV. (Based on PHA Standards every home does not qualify for HCV.)
Criminal Background - We do look at your criminal history.

Step 3 - Seeing The Property You are Interested in
24-48 Hours after the application is complete and approved we will contact you to setup an appointment to see the property.
